How to measure your dog

How to Measure your Dog
I will need the measurements of your dog, these are the measurements I require to make your dog coat a perfect fit.
The length of your dog from his/her back of the collar to the base of the tail, this is how I am pricing the coats.
The belly size, just before the hind legs
The collar size, round the neck.
The chest size, round the rib cage.
Leg length are for onesies only
Front legs measure from armpit to floor (see star)
Hind legs measure from top of hip to floor (see star)
Sheep/Goat /Alpaca/Llama Measurements
Measure from the back of the neck to the base of the tail,
this is the measurement I am using to price up the coats.
Measure the girth (round the ribcage)
Measure the neck, (collar size)

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard post, unless otherwise stated, larger items may be sent by courier.
Any returns must be returned to me within 14 days of delivery in an unused condition with all packaging in tact.
I do not accept returns on custom personalised or made to measure items unless faulty.
All ready to go items are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days - occasionally it may take longer,
If you are not entirely happy with a product please contact me to arrange a return, postage is not refunded, or if free post there will be 10% deducted from the original payment.
If an item is returned for exchange to another size, you will be charged the postage back to you & the extra for a change of size.
Please allow up to 5 days for delivery
If an item is lost in the post, Royal Mail do not deem an item lost until 15 working days after dispatch date, I always obtain proof of posting.
Overseas orders are not deemed lost until 30 working days after dispatch date,I take no responsibility for additional taxes / import duties incurred when over seas buyers purchase my products.
